I was about to do some Elf stuff, and the doorbell rang.  We got a lubly surprise package today!  It was a box for us full ob toys, snacks and places to nap.  It was so much fun to see each fing that was in there!   There was a special holiday sleep sack wiff antlers, and guess what?!?  When you get in it, it gibs you antlers too – like magic!  There is a Candy Came mix too, which looks so tasty, but mom said ‘don’t spoil your dinner’ and some other yummy snacks.

Fank you Ratty Box and Anna!!  And fank you for the special snuggle bed for Cosmo to feel better in. We fink it will help him.  xo

Hai eberybody!  I’m just saying hai for a minute, Cosmo is starting to feel better, but we are taking it easy today and resting and taking naps and stuff.  Fanks for all the well wishes, they seem to be working!  Apparently he needs to be baporized a couple times a day, and he wasn’t abducted, Bean finks it’s pretty cool, like a day at the spa.

Dis MM.  As many of you know sometimes our little ratties like to surprise us with medical emergencies, and this weekend, it was Cosmo that decided to divert our weekend plans.  He was a little lethargic Sunday morning and I had no idea what was wrong – everything seemed ok the day before – plenty of energy and fighting for sketti.  So we rushed him to the vet (thankfully open on Sunday) and after an x-ray he was diagnosed with pneumonia.  He received some sub-Q fluid, was prescribed three meds, and will get the best care.  Already today he seems to be a bit perkier and feeling better.  He gab me a big scare!

Bean and Augie came with him for emotional support and got checked out too.  Augie’s heart sounded normal!  No abnormalities heard this time, so that was great news.

Cosmo says “it’s not the right time” to pick raffle winners, so I will do it on his behalf and post the winners tomorrow.  (but I know you are all patient and understand how these things go).  If you want to send your well wishes I will read them all to him so he knows.  xo MM
