Popping Popovers (part two)

Ok, so they are done now and out ob the oben! We hab to get them out ob the pan berry carefully.  

First you hab to tap it a couple times to get it loose.  Some prefer a double tap.   (Similar to Zombieland rules, rule #1 Cardio.  Rule #2 Beware ob baffrooms.  Rule #3  Seatbelts, and Rule #4 Double Tap.  But I’m getting off topic…) 


If you pull too hard, you might break it…


It’s almost ready to be remobed.  We need a plate to put them on! 

You serbe it to your guests!

and pick one to eat yourself.


Dat’s it.  Now you are ready to make your own popobers!

    It is fortuitous that this lesson appears now because my husband LOVED popovers. He had been sick for 6 years & Monday afternoon The Dear Lord who loves “All Creatures Great & Small” lifted him up to Heaven…
