Happy Camada Day eberybody!  Eben though I’m from Bancouber, I wasn’t sure what it is, so I had to look it up.  Here’s what it said.

Canada Day is the national day ob Canada. A federal statutory holiday, it celebrates the annibersary of Canadiam Confederashun which occurred on July 1, 1867, wiff the passing of the Constitution Act, 1867 where the three separate colonies ob Canada, Noba Scotia, and New Brunswick were united into a single Dominion wiffin the British Empire called Canada.  Originally called Dominion Day, the holiday was renamed in 1982 when the Canadiam Constitushun was patriated by the Canada Act 1982. Canada Day celebrashuns take place throughout the country, as well as in various locatshuns around the world attended by Canadiams libing abroad.

I didn’t see anyfing about celebrating by habbing pamcakes and Canadiam maple syrup.  They must hab missed that part, but I’m sure it’s what you’re supposed to do.  Dis Chip, eh.
