Hello everyone – I’m Larry and I will be teaching you about orbital mechanics and astro dynamicals. Berry serious stuff.
Orbital mechanics is the application ob ballistics and celestial mechanics to the practical problems concerning the motion of rockets and other spacecraft. The motion of these objects is usually calculated from Newton’s laws of motion and law of universal gravitation. Orbital mechanics is a core discipline within space-mission design and control.
Celestial mechanics treats more broadly the orbital dynamics of systems under the influence of gravity, including both spacecraft and natural astronomical bodies such as star systems, planets, moons, and comets. Orbital mechanics focuses on spacecraft trajectories, including orbital maneuvers, orbital plane changes, and interplanetary transfers, and is used by mission planners to predict the results of propulsive maneuvers….
Boys! Hey guys…. pay attention….

A Tribute to Sadie Storm
Kevin and Sadie met in New York
She lived in a wall
He ate with a fork
Her family grew as she lived in a tunnel
She came for yogies
And avoided the funnel
He collected them all one by one
And moved to Rocket City
Where they would have more fun
They got to be friends that much is true
For years they made memories
Until her time was through.
He would neber regret it, not eben a minute
She slept in Fort Salem,
But she is no longer in it.
The memories will last foreber and eber
The Sadie shape in his heart
Will fade – I fink neber!

Hai, dis Chip. Wow – space class is amazing so far! Today we got to see Marty’s space ship that went to space and discobered the Yogi Planet! That happened before I was born, but you might remember seeing it on MNN. Wow, it was really somefing. It’s in a bit ob disrepair, but it still had space dust on it, and the engineering ob the space technolgies was really cool to examine. We learned about the control panels, and frusters and grabitahunal pull. This is just the beginning, we hab more class to come, and Larry said maybe we eben will get to go to space!

Hai, dis Nickels. Mom gabe us carrots yesterday, and then we spotted a horrible injustice!! She had a giant chocolate chip cookie and she wasn’t going to share wiff us. Well, dat wasn’t right, so she did gib us each a bite ob the cookie after we made her feel guilty. We had to remind her dat sharing is important. It’s nice to share.
